SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
VegaLash will choose the best, most economical shipping method possible unless otherwise specified by the customer.
VegaLash will provide tracking for all shipped packages.
Shipping delivery time (transit time) are carrier controlled and can not be guaranteed by VegaLash.
Ship date is an estimate based on the availability of merchandise. Merchandise is expected to ship within 48 hours of order if ordered Monday Thru Friday. If ordered on Saturday, Sunday or a holiday, shipping will occur within 48 hours of the next business day.
Shipping rates for items we sell are weight-based and/or based on the size of the shipping package. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Shipping and handling charges will include a nominal handling fee.

- We are currently not shipping internationally or to Alaska and Hawaii - we apologize for the inconvenience and will keep you posted as we expand beyond the 48 continental states.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
- VegaLASH will provide tracking for all shipped packages to the email address provided upon order placement.
- To track your order, please use the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email.
- Delivery time (transit time) is carrier controlled and can not be guaranteed by vegaLASH. To track your package just click on the tracking link sent to you by us. If your package has been “stuck” without movement for 4-5 business days (holidays excluded) - send us a note to email@example.com with your name and order number and we'll be happy to research further and resolve the situation.
- We strive to ensure that your order will arrive within 7-11 days of purchase, excluding holidays.
PROBLEMS WITH AN ORDER

vegaLASH can take up to 8 weeks for some people to see results. If you’re one of those people, we don’t want you to give up on having fabulous lashes just because you’re worried about being eligible for a return. We’ll accept returns for any reason up to 60 days from the date of purchase. We ask that you mail the original item back to us, including your name and order number on the package. Shoot us an email at email@example.com and we’ll walk you through the process.
WHAT IF I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM?
We understand how this can be an inconvenience. Just contact us directly by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will immediately take care of it.

We don't refund shipping at this time. Tracking of your Return. You should think about applying a tracking your return. We can't guarantee we will receive your return. Refund or Exchange Timing. We do need to wait until your return is received to either exchange or review for refund eligibility.
