This easy twist-on, twist-off changeable head features 1,200 0.25 mm medical-grade stainless steel needles. Change your GRO+ Advanced Dermaroller Replacement Head every 30 days for best results.
Product Details:
1,200 0.25 mm medical-grade stainless steel needles
- Unscrew existing head from GRO+ Advanced Dermaroller. Dispose safely in the trash.
- Remove new Replacement Head and sanitize before use.
- Hold the Dermaroller handle with one hand with the head facing away from you. With your other hand, hold the head only on its gold parts and twist off.
- Without touching the needles, screw the new Replacement Head in, then sanitize before use.
- Use GRO+ Advanced Dermaroller as directed.
WARNINGS: Use only as directed. Scalp use only. Do not use on open wounds, irritated skin or if you have a metal allergy. Single person use only. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of children.

Hold the GRO+ Advanced Dermaroller handle with one hand with the head facing away from you. With your other hand, twist off the existing head without touching the needles, and dispose safely in the trash. Remove the new replacement head and screw in, then sanitize before use. Swap in a new GRO+ Advanced Dermaroller Replacement Head every 30 days.
If you're new to Dermarolling, we recommend starting with 2-3 times per week and gradually work your way up to using daily. If you notice any irritation, stop using the Dermaroller. Follow our how-to video to make sure you’ve got the technique down!

I was scared to try this product at first but it was super easy if you follow the directions. I was able to feel it but it did not hurt and I applied a decent amount of pressure. I really do feel like this opened the follicles because I was able to feel my hair growth oil penetrate more. I’m so excited to continue using this to see how it helps over time. It’s recommended to change out the head monthly but that seems a bit costly, I will play it by ear.

This is such a luxurious looking dermaroller! It also comes with a cute case for easy storage. I love that this tool is a great way to help massage my scalp oil into my scalp. I like this better than using my fingers as I know the product is getting in there. This is also wider than other dermarollers so you cover more area at a time!

The packaging is very nice and sleek. Feels pretty durable. It has prickly little needles that don’t hurt at all. It actually feels very soothing and comforting. I haven’t noticed a difference yet but it’s an awesome addition to my self care routine
