I've been using the kit consistently with every wash (4-5x a week) and the serum every night. I am also taking iron and vitamin D supplements, so it's hard to know what exactly is working but I do feel a bit less shedding in the shower. Too early and not enough of a difference in thickness or hairline improvements but will continue to use it.

I was diagnosed with alopecia last year and nothing I've tried has worked except for Vegamour. I got my hair cut a few weeks ago and my hair dresser could tell that it's working and I've only been using the serum for a few months. My hair stylist freaked when she saw how thin my hair had gotten. Combination of hormones and weight loss caused it. 4 months of daily use of GRI+ and I just left my hair appointment....she couldn't believe there are results this fast. Thinning areas are slowly filling back in...my hair feels and looks more full...
I will say using this does reduce how long color treatments last in my hair...but I'll deal with that over thinning hair any day.
