Returns & Exchanges

We hope that you love our products, but sometimes things don’t work out.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return up to 30 days from the date of purchase and we would be happy to refund your purchase price if the return complies with our policy below. After 30 days, you can initiate a return for store credit or an exchange up to 90 days from the date of purchase.

Returns have a handling fee of $6.95 per order. You will be required to return the product to us to receive a refund. All returned products must be in new or gently used condition. Once we receive your return, we will inspect and process it, then we will issue a refund in the amount of the original charge (including tax), less the shipping fees for your original order, which are non-refundable. Refunds for returned items will be credited to the original payment method that you provided. Please note that your financial institution may take an additional 7-14 business days after you receive the notification e-mail to reflect this transaction. We will issue store credit if your original payment method is not available.

Exchanges are free. If you are exchanging for a higher-priced product, you will be charged for the remaining balance. If you are exchanging for a lower-priced product, you will be refunded the difference to your original form of payment.


Any items identified as “FINAL SALE” or “non-returnable” or purchased during Cyber Week promotions are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.

Only products purchased on may be returned to us in accordance with this policy. We do not accept returns of items purchased at the physical stores or websites of our authorized retailers.

If you are returning an item that qualified for a Gift with Purchase or as part of a Buy 2 Get 1 Free Offer, please include the bonus gift with your return. If you choose to keep the bonus gift, its value will be deducted from your refund amount.

We monitor return activity for abuse and reserve the right to deny returns if, in our sole discretion, there has been misuse of our return policy (such as excessive returns, return of empty or mostly used bottles, reseller activity, or fraud).

  • Where is my order number? Your order number is included in your order confirmation email (Vegamour Order Confirmation). Our order numbers are 6-7 digits long and contain only numbers. If you are unable to find your number, please contact us.
  • Can you cancel or edit my order for me? Once the order is placed, we are unable to cancel or make edits. If you forgot to apply a discount code on your order please contact us.
  • How long does it take to process the refund? Please allow 5-7 business days to process your refund. If you are a Vegamour subscriber, initiating a return does not mean you are no longer subscribed from future orders. You can manage your subscription in the account portal.
  • What if my package was damaged upon arrival? If you believe your package was damaged during shipping, you must reach out within five days of delivery, and we will work with you to resolve the issue quickly. You will need your order number and the item(s) that is damaged, incorrect or missing. We will ask for you to send pictures when you contact us.
