While we are shipping most orders normally, we are experiencing some delays. In most cases, delays will only be up to a few days, but some items could take longer. Your In The GRO points are redeemed using a discount code and you may only apply one discount code at checkout. If you have another code, you’ll need to determine which you’d rather use on that purchase.
Points expire when there has been no activity (either earning or redeeming points) on your account for the past 12 months. There are many ways to earn points so be sure to keep your account active. You don’t want to miss out!

There is no limit to the number of referrals you may make when you send links to your friends via email. We do limit the number of times your referral links are active during a 12-month period. Once any combination of your links are clicked 12 times during this 12-month period, any other links you’ve sent will no longer be valid. A new 12-month period will begin 366 days after your first referral link is clicked.

Marula oil is a clean, luxurious oil that's naturally packed with antioxidants and omega fatty acids. We get this question a lot. Only your obstetrician can you tell you what's safe for you, but, we can tell you that the reason that most serums aren't safe for pregnant women is because they contain hormones. And the more common hair serums contain minoxidil, which is a drug. VEGAMOUR hair serums do not contain synthetic hormones, nor do they contain drugs.
They're always vegan and natural. But just to be sure, we'd recommend that you take a list of the ingredients (found on any product page) to your doctor.
Yes! Our hair serums work at th e follicle level, so whether you've permed, processed, or color-treated your hair, you can still get great results.
Vegamour uses natural ingredients to help your body restore the natural process it uses to produce lashes, brows, and gorgeous locks in the first place. Most other lash or brow products either contain hormones, or they're simply conditioners that stop breakage. Other hair serums or growth products often contain chemicals and drugs that can also have side-effects. Our products are always natural and vegan.
Take a few drops of hair serum and apply directly to the scalp. Use your fingers or scalp massager to work the serum into the scalp to disperse the serum. You can spot treat if you have a particular area of concern, or treat the entire scalp.
Apply once daily to a clean scalp. If you use dry shampoo, or don't wash your hair daily, apply before adding dry shampoo or other products, and be sure that you do apply the serum when your scalp has been freshly cleaned.
Our serums are vegan and natural, and are very gentle. However, everyone is different, and some people are sensitive to some natural ingredients. If you are concerned about how your body will react to our serum, we recommend doing a spot test on your inner arm to check for sensitivity. If you don't like the serum for any reason, we'll be happy to help you with a return.
Like any beauty product, your results will last as long as you continue to use the product.
If you stop using the lash or brow serum, things will return to their natural state in about a month, since that's the length of a growth cycle. The serum works on your existing lashes and brows, and since all hair grows in cycles, once the hairs shed naturally you'll see your results fade.
VEGAMOUR hair serums take 3-4 months to show results when applied once daily. The growth cycles for hair are much longer than they are for lashes or brows, so it does take longer to see results. If you'd like help troubleshooting your results, let us know! We're happy to help.

Apply your favorite VEGAMOUR lash serum along the lash line (not the lashes themselves) as if you were applying liquid liner. Repeat along the lower lash line if you'd like.

A tube of our lash serums will last at least two months, depending on how often you apply the serum (we recommend twice daily for best results!) but you should swap your tube out every two months for maximum cleanliness and efficacy.
Yes! Our serum is oil-free, so it's safe to use with extensions and won't harm the adhesive. It's also fine to use the serum with falsies - just be sure to allow the serum to absorb before trying to apply them.
No. Eyelid darkening is a side effect of hormone-based serums. Our lash serums never contain hormones.
