I started using the serum in the pink bottle first and saw results. I stopped for over 6 months and had hair thinning so I started up on this advanced formula and saw results a bit quicker. No scalp irritation and faster growth of new hairs and length. I do feel that the shedding part is the same. So I use this topically and colgen and vitamins orally to combat the hair shedding.
