What is VegaLove Rewards?

VegaLove Rewards is our free loyalty program designed to show appreciation for your continued support. Earn points every time you shop on our site, plus for activities like referrals, reviews, and more. Points can be redeemed for rewards like discounts or free hair wellness® products.

Who can join?

Anyone! Simply create an account on our site, and you’ll be automatically enrolled. No purchase is required to join.

How do I earn points?

You can earn points through a variety of activities, including:

  • Making purchases
  • Referring friends
  • Leaving product reviews
  • Following us on social media
  • Celebrating your birthday

How do I achieve Silver status?

Earn 750 points within 12 months at vegamour.com to unlock Silver status. For full program details, visit our Terms and Conditions.

How do I achieve Gold status?

Earn 1500 points within 12 months at vegamour.com to unlock Gold status. For full program details, visit our Terms and Conditions.

Do my tier benefits last forever?

Tier status lasts for 12 months from the date you enter or move into that tier. At the end of that period, your total points earned will determine whether you maintain your current tier, level up, or move to a lower tier.

Each time you move into a new tier, your 12-month evaluation period resets. To maintain your status, simply meet the tier’s earned points requirement before your next evaluation.

Note: For subscribers, you must maintain an active subscription to keep Subscriber status. If you cancel your subscription, you will automatically be moved out of Subscriber status into the one you qualify for based on points earned in the past 12 months.

Do subscribers get extra perks?

Yes! Subscribers earn 10 points for every $1 spent—that’s double the rate of Bronze members. Subscribers will also receive:

  • Early access to new product launches and exclusive sales
  • Access to limited-edition boxes and invite-only events
  • A 1500-point birthday gift
  • Additional subscriber-only perks
How do I view my points balance?

Log in to your account and visit the VegaLove Rewards page. Your current points balance will appear at the top.

How do I redeem my points?

Click on the Redeem Rewards button in your dashboard to explore available rewards. If you have enough points, you can redeem them for discounts, free products, and more.

Can I use points directly at checkout?

Yes! Once you’re logged in, you’ll see the option to apply your available points directly at checkout—no voucher needed. You’ll need a minimum of 500 points available to use at checkout.

Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?

There’s no cap on how many points you can earn. The more you shop and engage, the more you earn.

What do 'Approved,' 'Pending,' and 'Cancelled' points mean?

Approved: Points are confirmed and ready to use.

Pending: Points are being verified—for example, after a purchase or referral. Once confirmed, they’ll move to Approved.

Cancelled: Points were removed due to actions like a return, cancellation, or unsuccessful referral.

What happens if a friend I referred cancels or returns their order?

If your referred friend cancels or returns their purchase, your pending referral points will be cancelled and removed from your account.

Why did my points balance decrease?

This happens when you—or someone you referred—cancels or returns a purchase.

I completed an activity but didn't earn points—what happened?

Most points appear within a few minutes, but some may remain in Pending status for verification. If it’s been longer than expected, feel free to reach out to our Customer Support team.

Do my points expire?

Yes, points expire 12 months after they’re earned if not redeemed. We’ll send a reminder before they expire, so be sure to check your inbox.

Can I combine points with other discounts or promotions?

No, points cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions unless specified otherwise.

How do I leave the program?

If you no longer wish to participate, email us at support@vegamour.com to request unenrollment. Please note: Leaving the program will forfeit any unused points.

What happens if I leave and want to rejoin?

We’d love to welcome you back! Reach out to support@vegamour.com to re-enroll. Please note: Your points balance will reset to zero upon rejoining.

Can I transfer my points to someone else?

No, points are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder who earned them.
