Yes. Simply log into your Account Portal, go to Subscriptions, select View Your Next Order then click Add Discount and enter your code.
How can I make changes to my subscription of skip a shipment?
Managing your subscription is easy. Just log into your Account Portal to:
- Swap products
- Skip or reschedule shipments
- Update billing and shipping information

How do I add products to my subscription or adjust my delivery schedule?
Log in to your Account Portal, select Subscriptions, then click View Your Next Order. Scroll down and choose the product you’d like to add to your subscription.
Keep in mind, products can have different delivery intervals (30, 60 or 90 days), so ship dates may vary. If you want all your items to arrive together, you can easily adjust the delivery schedule for each product.

How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime — no hassle, no hoops. Just log into your Account Portal go to My Subscriptions, click Manage Subscription, and then select Cancel Subscription. Prefer to talk to a real person? Our team is ready to help via email, phone, text or chat.
I canceled my subscription but still received an order. Why?
If you canceled after your order was already processed, it may still have shipped — our fulfillment moves quickly. To check your order status, visit your Account Portal. If the order has shipped and you no longer want the items, you can start a return here once you return them.
