Nice texture on my wavy long hair. Makes scalp a bit dry and itchy. Haven't noticed decreased shedding yet, but will give it a try for a bit longer.

I can’t comment on hair growth yet since I’ve only been using it for a month. But I do like the scent. Most smells give me headaches but this scent is light enough that it doesn’t.
