You don't need much shampoo or conditioner to leave your hair squeaky clean and full feeling. It's not an overnight process, but my hair's health is coming back, the shedding has slowed down so much and it's more than worth the price.
I really need to use these every day or every other day to see the full and amazing effects of this pair. Fullness, body, shine and not drying at all. They're definitely keepers! The whole line is top notch.
