I had terrible hair thinning due to medications. I stopped taking them, changed my hairstylist, and started taking Vegamour gummies. I've taken the hard-pressed over-the-counter biotin for years, and it never seemed to make a difference with my nails. I just finished my 3-month supply of the Vegamour gummies, and I'm shocked at how strong my nails have become in such a short amount of time. They don't bend or become brittle like my nails did with other biotin products. I've also done research to determine if gummies are the best way to ingest biotin products, and while I've read some negative reviews regarding gummies, these Vegamour gummies do not belong in that category. These are amazing, and I will continue to use them for the foreseeable future!
