I've been taking these gummies for a little over a month along with dermrolling and the growth serum. I haven't seen any new growth but definitely see less shedding. I'm hopefully that this is a winning combination!

I’ve been using these for 3 months now and I was very skeptical at first but have to say that I can truly tell a difference in my hair! I have thin, long hair and have been concerned about it thinning even more during perimenopause. I can definitely feel a difference in the volume and strength of my hair after such a short time.

All I can say it that it really works. After the first three months I started noticing new hairs everywhere and my hair also growing faster. I thought I was imagining things but my hairstylist noticed it too. I have super processed bleached platinum hair and don’t want to go without these anymore. Plus I love the vitamin B. I feel like it gives me energy. Only caveat is that I see more hair growing faster everywhere not just my head but I’ll take it lol. Just means more shaving or waxing but I’m happy with all my baby hairs 🥰🥰🥰
