Formulated for those with dry, damaged hair, the HYDR-8 Essentials Kit features amino acids and Karmatin™, a vegan keratin alternative. HYDR-8 Hydrate and Repair Shampoo and Conditioner are formulated without harsh sulfates (no SLS and SLES) and chemicals that strip your hair of its color.
There is no right or wrong answer. It’s really a personal question and depends on scalp sebum production (oily or dry) and hair density (thick or thin) as well as hair texture.
No, we don’t recommend using this mask overnight. Leaving the hair mask on longer than 5 minutes can provide some additional conditioning benefits, but we recommend using no longer than 10 minutes.

I’m now using all Vegamour products on my hair that had fallen out big time after weight loss. Needed to change my thyroid prescription and that helped a lot too.
