Take a few drops of hair serum and apply directly to the scalp. Use your fingers or scalp massager to work the serum into the scalp to disperse the serum. You can spot treat if you have a particular area of concern, or treat the entire scalp.
Apply once daily to a clean scalp. If you use dry shampoo, or don't wash your hair daily, apply before adding dry shampoo or other products, and be sure that you do apply the serum when your scalp has been freshly cleaned.

I started losing my hair once I entered perimenopause. I tried some hair growth products with chemicals in it and it made me really sick. Just finished my first bottle. It’s hard to say for certain because there are so many factors but believe I saw reduced hair shedding when using it. There was a week or so between when I finished my first bottle and my second one arrived (my fault) and I noticed more shedding during that week. Cautiously optimistic that using this daily will keep the shedding at bay. Going to see how bottle #2 does !
