I started using this product when I had long covid and my hair was falling out, breaking and brittle. Within a few months I started noticing the quality of my hair was improving. Spray on conditioner detangles and provides protection for heat from blow drying your hair. I usually apply and then quickly let the shower on my head since it seems to disperse the product just enough on my thin, fine hair. One of my favorite products from this company and I like it better than any of their conditioners.
