I am giving four stars because the vitamins taste great and I love the cute heart-shaped shape of them. I always look forward to taking one and this assures that I do take it every day. It’s like a little dessert. A little treat! I didn’t give the five stars because I can’t say whether it’s actually working too thicken my hair because my hair is still pretty thin despite having used the serum and the shampoo for six months now. I’ve been taking the biotin for maybe three months. But I will continue to take it because I do enjoy taking the vitamin!
