- Apply a quarter-size amount of GRO Revitalizing Shampoo. Lather onto wet hair from scalp to ends. Massage in. Leave in for 1 minute, then rinse.
- After shampooing, wring out excess water from hair. Apply a quarter-size amount of GRO Revitalizing Conditioner onto damp hair from scalp to ends. Massage in. Leave in for 2 minutes, then rinse.
- Before using HYDR-8 Leave-In Conditioner, shake well. Spray onto damp hair, comb through, leave in, and style. Then blow dry or air dry as desired.
- Apply HYDR-8 Weightless Repair Oil to palms and rub hands together to evenly distribute. Run hands through hair, focusing on mid-lengths to ends. Use on damp or dry hair.
- On non-wash days, use GRO Dry Shampoo to absorb excess oil, add volume and refresh hair. Spray it directly at the roots and massage in before styling.

My hair was thinning badly and shedding like crazy. I decided to try out Vegamour based on the good reviews.
