I have been using Vegamour GRO serum for more than a year, although not daily because I tend to forget. The only other change I have made during that time is that I also started using a collagen powder in my coffee most mornings. This works really well on my fine hair. It's one of the better aerosol options out there, not too heavy but enough to eliminate that greasy hair feeling. Only reason it's not 5 stars is the scent is a bit strong for me, but otherwise awesome.
